and i dont like the content of your blogs recently. have become too much disorganised ... yes, its human tendency... but still...... too much superficial. do one have to write everything one "experiences"? or have to write what one "feels"? or write as much as to unfold oneself page by page, blog by blog?

u want people to know u, or u just want urself to be known.... theres a difference. dont write just for the sake of it. i hope u can and will do it better.
blog reader - always

its not that bad....

Considering plummeting of foreign reserves in a spiral manner, the government requires more of investment. therefore these "investors" , often foreign and private banks come and buy government bonds etc.( on which recently, a cap has been put at 20%).
also the second view of the government for the selling of bonds, is to give currency control to these investors and private citizens.

The inflation rate is at a mammoth figure of 22.4 %, and the unemployment rate is 17.1% , both '04 figures.

so instead of letting these private banks to behave like totally capitalistic entity, and making money in the time of boom( by selling their bonds), citing venezuela as an "emerging" market, the government has taken the correct step.

Therefore, instead of seeing this as a step towards socialism, it should be seen as a step to reduce unemployment, increase monetary reserves and catch hold of the horse named inflation. Also rash capitalistic decisions would be avoided.
